Electronics or mechatronics background, comfortable with micro:bit, Arduino and a soldering iron.

Remote · Ghana time zone

Web development or Python, strong camera presence, reliable connection and patience over video.

Accra campus · Full-time

Organised, warm on the phone, and able to hold a timetable of 300 students in a spreadsheet without losing one.

Hiring process

Four steps, about two weeks

CV plus a link to something you built or taught.

Forty minutes on your experience and how you explain hard ideas.

Twenty minutes teaching a real cohort, paid.

References, safeguarding training and a paired first term.
